Our most recent cookbook, first published in 2014, with fifty-nine recipes from long time Spannocchia cooks Loredana Betti and Graziella Capanni, for Antipasti, Primi Piatti, Secondi Piatti, Contorni (vegetables), and Dolci e Liquori.  Compiled by Daniela Casarin and Carrie Curtis Sacco, in English, with illustrations by former intern, now professional artist, Doug Olsen.
